Pricing Policy Disclaimer
Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have ordered but not yet paid for a product, we guarantee the price for one month from when the order was placed.
Returns Policy
We try out best to use the common sense factor in returns. If you used it, you cannot return it. If you installed it, you cannot return it. If there's a manufacturer defect 6 months after you purchased it, contact the manufacturer as it falls under warranty. If you decided to purchase something but feel bad after and want to return it, you will pay a restock fee. If you attempt to install and it doesnt work, we got you. If the manufactuer ships you the wrong product, cause it happens, we got you. In the end, this is a business, we can't pay for you changing your mind. We're not only a small business but we're a small business. We will always do everything in our power to make you happy but there's always that fine line. Hope you understand!
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus restocking fee's in some cases. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Restocking fee is a flat 15 percent fee of the product value plus applicable shipping costs to return the item.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the orginal form of payment used at the time of checkout. Returns on opened items are taken into consideration on a case by case basis.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 days of us receiving and processing your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- Custom made parts such as exhaust systems, are not eligible for a refund.
- Installed parts are not eligible for refund. This includes any and all parts sold.
- Tuning refunds - No refunds on Lund Racing Custom Tunes.
- All parts should be inspected before installing.
- All wheels should be inspected before mounting tires.
- Wheels that have had tires mounted are ineligible for refunds. No Exceptions
- Custom Wheels orders such as Forgeline, Vossen, Weld Racing etc are custom made and take 4-6 weeks to build. Cancelled orders on custom made wheels are subject to 20% Cancellation Fee as we prepay for the wheels to go into production.
- Special Custom order wheels with custom specifications are not Refundable
- Electronic parts are not eligible for refunds.
- Customer is responsible for any return shipping as well
- Any cancelled orders will be credited minus a 7% credit card processing fee. Built to order supercharger / turbo systems orders that are cancelled are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Any parts that have been shipped are subject to the restocking fees.
Shipping
FREE SHIPPING: Valid within the 48 contiguous U.S. states address only. Not valid on over sized items like engines, differentials, etc or orders for items with special shipping charges. Customer is responsible for any return shipping as well. If a free shipping coupon was used an additional $10 restocking fee will be charged when returning an item.
Shipping to HI, PR, AL will incur additional shipping costs. We will notify the customer beforehand on the extra shipping fee before charging.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world including APO locations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Note not all products listed on our website are instock to inquire about stocking levels please call us ahead of placing your order.
Please note Hypermotive covers the cost of basic shipping and insurance, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of any additional insurance or expedited shipping. Hypermotive is not responsible for any lost and/or damaged items by the carriers. Once the package has left our facility it becomes property of the purchaser. If you would like additional insurance or expedited shipping please place your order over the phone or give us a call with in 1 hour of placing your order to purchase these additional services.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Because U.S., Canadian, and other international, state or provincial laws and regulations may prohibit removal or modification of components that were installed on vehicles by Ford Motor Company to meet emission requirements or to comply with motor vehicle safety regulations applicable to vehicles manufactured for use on public roads, Hypermotive wants you to know the following:
Most of the parts and services offered in this online catalog are for off-road use or competition use only. Use on State and Federal Highways may be a violation of the EPA Clean Air Act. The Clean Air Act can be found at http://www.epa.gov/air/caa/. This document contains in detail what are considered to be violations of the CAA and corresponding penalties for failure to obey and should be read in full before purchasing or installing this off-road or race use only product. Ensuring that all emissions, noise/sound, and speed/use related laws are followed is the responsibility of the Buyer(s). Installation and use of this product indicates that this disclaimer has been read, acknowledged, and understood fully by both the Buyer(s) and Installer(s). IT IS OUR POLICY TO NOT DISABLE ANY FEDERALLY MANDATED EMISSIONS EQUIPMENT NOR MONITORS ON ANY VEHICLE WITH A VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (VIN). IT IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE FOR US TO DO SO.
Federal and several state and provincial laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperative of any part that affects emissions or safety on motor vehicles used on public streets or highways. Hypermotive assumes no liability for any violations arising out of any federal, state or provincial emissions or safety requirements on motor vehicles arising out of the customer’s modifications and/or use of our products or services. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if their modified vehicle complies with applicable laws.Coupon Codes
Coupons can only be used for intended items, Hypermotive has the right to refuses any sale where coupon codes are not used for the intended items.
