You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus restocking fee's in some cases. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Restocking fee is a flat 15 percent fee of the product value.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the orginal form of payment used at the time of checkout. Returns on opened items are taken into consideration on a case by case basis.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving and processing your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All Custom orders have a no refund policy.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world including APO locations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Note not all products listed on our website are instock to inquire about stocking levels please call us ahead of placing your order.
Please note Hypermotive covers the cost of basic shipping and insurance, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of any additional insurance or expedited shipping. Hypermotive is not responsible for any lost and/or damaged items by the carriers. Once the package has left our facility it becomes property of the purchaser. If you would like additional insurance or expedited shipping please place your order over the phone or give us a call with in 1 hour of placing your order to purchase these additional services.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
