BTR GEN V LT4 PLATINUM DUAL SPRING KIT - .660" LIFT - BRONZE GUIDES  BTR-SK008/BZ The BTR Platinum Spring Kit would be inducted into the LS/LT Aftermarket Hall of Fame if such a thing existed. Whether you’re putting together a daily driver with a mild cam, a 600 hp N/A stroker, or a turbocharged 1000 hp brawler, our Platinum Spring Kit will make sure your valves are right where your cam wants them to be at all times. With that said, when the Gen V LT engines came out, we knew our Platinum Springs would be right at home on the direct injection platform with the correct supporting parts. This is a drop-in kit for Gen V LT4 engines with bronze valve guides and features our titanium retainers. The kit includes: SP001-1 0.660" lift dual polished spring (qty 16) VL7°8MM-32 7 degree 8mm valve locks (qty 16 pairs) SR006-1 titanium retainer - intake (qty 8) SR008-1 titanium retainer - exhaust (qty 8) SL565045-8 locator kit for 0.565" ID bronze LT4 guides, 0.045" thick - intake (qty 8) SL565060-8 locator kit for 0.565" ID bronze LT4 guides, 0.060" thick - exhaust (qty8) VS LS KIT valve seal kit SS015-8 shims for stock guides - under the exhaust side locator - 0.015" thick (bag of 8) Spring specs are as follows: •155 lbs @ 1.780" •380 lbs @ 1.180" •400 lbs @ 1.130" •Coil bind @ 1.070"
